Nixeus Technology, Inc is committed to ensuring our business are socially and environmental responsible.

Conflict Minerals:
Nixeus takes the necessary precautions and steps to ensure our suppliers, partners and contract factories do not use materials and components that are considered “conflict minerals”  from regions including the Democratic Republic of Congo and its surrounding areas or countries.

For our consumer electronics, computer accessories and peripheral products – We personally audit our partner factories and supply chain to ensure that the materials and supplies used to manufacture Nixeus products are free of “conflict minerals” before any new product development and product production.

Although Nixeus Technology is a private company, we have supplier contracts and partnerships with publically traded companies and government agencies.  We have protocols in place and perform routine audits to ensure we are in compliance with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission August 2012 final ruling in regards to the sourcing of conflict minerals as defined in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502.
